Our team has over 20 years’ experience working within the welfare to work industry so they are well placed to be able to not just identify the needs of our customers, but also to deliver the solutions they need.
We have experience working within some of the most deprived areas of the Country and as such we understand the benefits that having established partnerships and links with community and voluntary organisations can add to any programmes aimed at a particular customer group .It is only through genuine partnership working can the full needs of our customers be met- no organisation can be the best at everything!
As our customer groups are often extremely diverse, we have worked hard to ensure that our network of contacts and organisations is a good “fit” to the customers we are working with.
